Staying on top of the ever-evolving construction industry is more about idealogy, acumen and ingenuity than scale in accomplishments. For Modern Continental Companies’ capabilities brochure the focus was on their corporate philosophy, the people who managed their projects and the unique solutions they brought to each situation. To Illustrate these qualities the cover of green textured paper stock has a black overprint of a rebar detail photograph and copper foil stamping; the die-cut cover reveals the four-color photograph on the first page; text pages are printed with a metallic ink that accents the color detail photos and is used for headlines and captions; quadtone portrait photography is combined with color photography, blueprints and diagrams showing projects from initiation through completion in the 8 1/2” x 11” brochure.
